Australian domestic orders are shipped with Express Post via Australia Post - 1-4 business days.

International orders are shipped with Standard shipping via Australia Post - 6-27 business days.

(Although generally most orders are shipped within 2 weeks.)

Duties and Taxes

Please note that some countries charge customs/duties fees upon arrival before the item is cleared in customs. Any international Ground fees incurred are not the responsibility of Ivy&I. This is a separate expense covered by you, the customer.
