If you are unhappy with your Ivy&I purchase, we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a store credit (issued in gift card form), within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us with details of your return request before returning your item.
Please note, jewellery must be returned in its original condition, and in its original Ivy&I box. Worn or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.
Bespoke pieces - unless faulty, made-to-order pieces, are not eligible for refund. We will repair or replace any faulty bespoke pieces, at our election.
Jewellery which has been altered, resized or repaired by another jeweller will not be eligible for repair, refund or return. Refunds are not permitted.
Ivy&I will confirm an exchange upon inspection of the received item. Please be aware Ivy&I has the right to decline any orders.
Store credit is valid for 12 months.
